About Andy

Andy is a successful corporate executive turned life coach and business owner. In 1998, Andy co-created Veryfine Products Fruit2O (now Sunny Delight Beverages Co.), the first no calorie fruit flavored spring water product that ultimately changed the bottled water industry. In 2000 at age 37, Andy was running a multi-million dollar division of a billion dollar International Corporation. In 2001 he founded High Capacity Leaders, LLC Andy has worked with leaders and teams from E & J Gallo Winery, Coca-Cola, Cott Beverages, AT&T, Northwestern Mutual, IBM, Mattress Firm, UBS Financial and various real estate companies in the southeast U.S. High Capacity Leaders trains leaders and teams to engage in mission-driven objectives, and master the skill of being “People Smart.”

Andy was born in Cleveland, OH, graduated from Kent State University (where he was Co-Captain of the State champion – Kent State Rugby Team.) He is a graduate of the The Institute for Life Coach Training, and Coach University. Andy is a Certifiecd Corporate Coach and Certified Life Coach. He and his wife of 20 years, Nikki, live in Atlanta, GA with their three children. In his spare time, Andy enjoys extreme sports such as motocross, mountain biking, and adventure racing. He also loves to travel and has had the privilege of visiting all but four of the United States of America. Internationally, he has traveled to Mexico, Canada, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Italy, Spain, switzerland, Holland, Belgium, France, Austria, Germany, Macedonia, Croatia and his favorite, Greece.
